1 Rinse spinach and steam with the water clinging to the leaves. Cook until wilted and divide between 2 plates. 2 Heat a medium skillet on medium-high heat. 3 Add olive oil, garlic, and chili flakes. Saute for one minute. 4 Add shrimp toss in oil for 2-3 minutes or until shrimp are no longer translucent. 5 Remove from heat and sprinkle with parsley and salt and pepper to taste. 6 Spoon over spinach including pan juices.
