1 Preheat broiler. Coat a broiler pan with cooking spray and set aside. 2 Toss together garlic, oil, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and asparagus. 3 In a separate bowl, mix 1/4 teaspoon salt, pepper, brandy, and garlic powder. 4 Rub brandy mixture onto surface of steaks. 5 Arrange steaks on prepared broiler pan. 6 Broil 6 minutes, turn steaks over, and place asparagus in pan. 7 Broil another 5 minutes or until preferred degree of doneness.
Additional Information
Substitute any fresh, seasonal vegetables for asparagus.
