Ingredients
8 oz Dreamfields Penne Rigate
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
0.67 cup hummus
4 oz fresh cherry tomatoes (or grape tomatoes)
4 oz yellow tomatoes , small
1 tbsp capers , drained
0.5 tsp salt
0.5 tsp black pepper
3 tbsp fresh lemon juice (juice of 1 lemon)
0.5 cup fresh basil , chopped
2 oz pitted calamata olives
2 oz pitted calamata olives , pitted
0.25 cup crumbled feta cheese
0.5 cup fresh chopped red onion
1 oz pine nuts , toasted


Directions
1 Prepare pasta according to package directions. Rinse in cold water and drain well.
2 Gently toss all ingredients together with pasta. Refrigerate and serve.
