Ingredients
1 tbsp unsalted butter
1 large shallots , minced
0.25 cup low sodium chicken broth
10 oz frozen green peas , thawed
0.25 cup chopped walnuts , toasted
0.25 tsp salt
0.25 tsp black pepper
0.25 tsp hot pepper sauce


Directions
1 In large skillet, melt butter over medium-high.
2 Add shallots. Sauté 3 minutes.
3 Raise heat to high. Add broth and peas.
4 Cook 2 minutes.
5 Toast walnuts in shallow microwave safe dish on high for 1-3 minutes or on baking sheet in 350°F oven 1-3 minutes.
6 Add walnuts, salt, pepper, and hot sauce. Stir. Serve.
