1 Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F. 2 Put the wine, cloves, cinnamon, lemon juice, and Splenda in a 9-inch square baking pan and mix until the Splenda dissolves. Add the pears and place in the oven to bake for 45 minutes. Coat the pears with the wine every 15-20 minutes. 3 Take out of the oven and let cool until you can touch the pears. Cut pears in half, lengthwise. Serve pear halves with wine sauce drizzled over top.

Pears are done when they look brown and slightly wrinkled.
