1 Place can of pears in refrigerator at least 2 hours prior to assembling salad. 2 Place 1 lettuce leaf on each of 6 small salad plates. 3 Drain pears. 4 Arrange 2 pear halves on lettuce leaf on each plate. 5 Fill hollow of each pear half with 2 teaspoons sour cream. 6 Sprinkle each pear half with 1 teaspoon of cheese and pecans. 7 Serve immediately.
