16 floz Pears, canned, with juice, halves , drained with reserving some syrup
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp cider vinegar
2 tbsp honey
1 pepper, black, dash
1 pinch salt and pepper , to taste


Directions
1 Puree all ingredients in blender.
2 Makes about 2 cups.
Additional Information
A different version of sweet and sour to try with pork chops or back ribs.
