Directions
1 Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2 In small bowl, combine peanut butter and 1/2 cup milk.
3 In a separate bowl, whisk eggs and remaining milk. Add peanut butter mixture and vanilla.
4 Transfer custard to small oven-safe baking dish or divide custard between 4-ounce, oven-safe ramekins. Place in larger oven-safe baking dish. Add 1" boiling water.
5 Bake 45 minutes.
6 In small microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate.
7 Remove from oven and allow to cool. Drizzle with chocolate Garnish with chopped peanuts.
