Directions
1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
2 Whisk the peanut butter, water, oil, egg, and egg white in a bowl until well mixed.
3 Mix in the cake mix until the combination is thick.
4 Spray the bottom of an 8 X 8-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
5 Pour the batter evenly in the pan.
6 Bake for approximately 15 minutes.
7 Remove from the oven and let cool.
8 Cut into 16 equal pieces.
Additional Information
When you take the brownies out of the oven they will look as if they are not done, but they will continue to cook while they are cooling.
