1 Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly coat a baking sheet with oil.
2 Mix together the oil, peanut butter, sugar, and egg. Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and water. Refrigerate to chill for at least 3 hours.
3 Roll into balls. Place onto the baking sheet then flatten with a fork.
4 Bake for about 10 to 12 minutes. Let cool completely before serving.
Additional Information
You can use smooth or chunky peanut butter.
