Directions
1 Make fat free, sugar free instant vanilla pudding with 2 cups of fat free milk and a whisk as directed on package.
2 Continuing to mix with a wire whisk, adding in the peanut butter and sour cream.
3 Place 14 vanilla wafers at the bottom of a 2 1/2 quart casserole dish.
4 Add 1/3 of the pudding on top of the wafers.
5 Peel and slice the 4 bananas, and layer 1/3 of the banana slices on top of the pudding.
6 Take 1/3 of the whipped topping and put on top of the bananas.
7 Add another layer of 14 vanilla wafers, 1/3 pudding, 1/3 of bananas, and 1/3 of whipped topping 2 more times.
8 Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
Additional Information
If you prefer chocolate to vanilla, just change the pudding.
