Directions
1 Spray a 9x13-inch pan with non-fat cooking spray and set aside.
2 Put 1 cup of the cereal in a zip-lock bag. Make sure the bag is securely closed, squeezing all the air out as you close. Crush the cereal. Set aside.
3 In a large pan over low heat, melt margarine with marshmallows. Stir occasionally.
4 Stir all of the cereal (crushed and not crushed) into marshmallow mixture.
5 Spray hands with non-fat cooking spray. Press cereal mixture into prepared pan.
6 Cool and cut into bars.

It's a little messy to make, but worth it.
