1 In a large bowl, stir together rolled oats, flour and baking powder,and set aside. 2 Beat granulated sugar, butter, peanut butter and brown sugar in large mixing bowl with mixer at medium-high speed until creamed. 3 Add egg substitute and vanilla. Beat until light and fluffy. 4 Add rolled oats mixture. Beat on low speed until well mixed. 5 Cover and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours or until easy to handle. 6 Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 7 To make a bear, shape one 1-inch ball for body and one 3/4-inch ball for head. 8 Place body and head together on baking sheet, flatten slightly. 9 Make 7 small balls for ears, arms, legs and mouth. 10 Place on bear body and head. 11 Place 2 chocolate chips on each head for eyes and 1 chocolate chip on each body for belly-button. 12 Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until light brown. 13 Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet. 14 Remove to wire racks and cool completely.
