Servings
Ingredients
Crepes
1 eggs
0.75 cup fat free milk
0.5 cup white all purpose flour
1 tsp canola oil
0.12 tsp salt
3 medium bananas , sliced

Peanut Butter Dip
0.5 cup natural creamy peanut butter
8 oz reduced fat sour cream
2 tbsp fat free milk
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions
1 In a medium bowl, combine egg, milk, flour, oil, and salt. Beat until combined. Heat a lightly greased 6-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat.
2 Remove from heat. Spoon in 2 tablespoons batter, lift and tilt skillet to spread batter.
3 Return to heat, brown on one side only. (Or cook on a crepe maker according to manufacturer's directions.) Invert skillet over paper towels, remove crepe. Repeat with remaining batter, greasing skillet occasionally.

5 Spread Peanut Butter Dip down center of each crepe. Top with Banana slices. Fold sides of crepes up over bananas.
