Directions
1 Peel the outer skin from the broccoli stalk and discard it.
2 Chop the stalks into 1/2-inch pieces.
3 Cut the tops into small florets.
4 Toss the broccoli, onions, raisins, and peanuts in a large bowl, mixing well.
5 To make dressing, stir the remaining ingredients together in a small bowl, mixing well.
6 Add the dressing mixture to the broccoli mixture and toss to mix.
7 Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight prior to serving.
