Ingredients
1 lb whole loin lean pork chops , cut into 3/4-inch cubes
1 tbsp Seasoning, taco, 40% less salt, dry mix (or more, to your taste)
2 tsp vegetable oil
8 floz Salsa, chunky
0.33 cup Preserves, peach


Directions
1 Coat pork cubes with taco seasoning.
2 Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
3 Add pork and cook to brown, stirring occasionally.
4 Add salsa and preserves to pan, lower heat, cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
5 Serve over rice, if desired.
