Ingredients
0.25 lb Pork, ham, rump, roasted, diced , cut into 3/4-inch cubes
1 Banana, medium, fresh , cut into 1/2-inch slices
8.25 oz Pineapple, chunks, with juice, canned , drained; reserve juice
0.25 cup Preserves, peach
1 tbsp Juice, pineapple, unsweetened, with add vitamin C, canned


Directions
1 Drain pineapple chunks, reserving juice.
2 Thread wooden skewers evenly with ham, banana and pineapple.
3 In small bowl, stir together peach preserves and 1 tablespoon of reserved pineapple juice.
4 Brush sauce over kabobs.
Additional Information
Perfect for the kids to put together, and no cooking involved. A great snack for after school or for cocktail hour.
