1 Combine peaches and honey in a shallow microwave-safe bowl. 2 Cover with vented plastic wrap and microwave on HIGH for 1 minute. 3 Remove cover and toss mixture to combine. Divide evenly between 4 dessert dishes. 4 Combine yogurt and almond extract in a small bowl with a wire whisk. 5 Top each plate of peaches with 1/4 of the yogurt mixture. 6 Sprinkle slivered almonds on top just before serving.

Try using a little less honey, to taste.
