1 Put peaches in a food processor or blender and mix until smooth. Occasionally stop to scrape the sides. 2 Mix the peach puree, champagne (or grape juice) and mineral water in a pitcher, stirring gently. 3 Serve immediately.
Additional Information
Instead of peaches, you can try using any of your favorite fruits. Just remember pulp and seeds will settle on the bottom of the glass.
