Ingredients
2 tea bags , peach flavored
12 floz cold water , mineral
8 oz ice cubes , crushed
2 tsp sugar (or sugar substitute)
2 cinnamon sticks
1 oz fresh mint , sprigs for garnish


Directions
1 Boil mineral water and remove from heat.
2 Add tea bags and let stand for 5 minutes.
3 Remove tea bags and pour into two glasses.
4 Add ice and sugar and then mix gently. Serve each glass with a cinnamon stick.
Additional Information
The cinnamon stick is a great spice that enhances insulin action!
