1 Cook tortellini according to directions on package. 2 In a shallow dish, mix together the tortellini, tomatoes, olives, peppers, and Italian dressing. 3 Let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes. 4 Cut turkey salami slices in half and add to mixture with the mozzarella and mix gently to coat. 5 On a skewer alternate the tortellini, tomatoes, peppers, cheese cubes and salami (it is best to fold the salami in 1/2). Top each skewer with an olive. 6 Serve immediately or refrigerate up to two hours.
