1 In large bowl, gently toss pasta, eggs, snow peas, onion, and bell peppers. 2 In small bowl, whisk salt, pepper, mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, parsley, chives and celery. Drizzle dressing over pasta mixture and toss until well combined 3 Chill until ready to serve. Serve on a bed of romaine lettuce leaves with fresh tomato wedges as garnish.
