2 quart cold water
12 cup chopped swiss chard , cut into 1 inch strips
6 oz Pasta, angel hair, semolina, dry
2 tsp salt free seasoning
4 oz Cheese, ricotta, fat free
2 oz crumbled gorgonzola cheese
0.5 cup walnut halves
2 tbsp Vegetarian Meat, bacon bits
0.5 tsp black pepper
0.25 tsp salt
0.25 cup fat free milk , or less, to taste

3 Slowly stir in milk to reach desired consistency.
