1 Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
2 Place the egg whites, milk powder, water, flour, butter, and nutmeg in a blender. Pulse for 15 to 20 seconds. Spoon the batter into cooking spray coated muffin cups.
3 Top each with 1/2 teaspoon of Parmesan.
4 Bake for 15 minutes then decrease the heat to 350 degrees F and bake for 15 minutes longer.
Additional Information
Try using margarine instead of butter.
