1 Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. While oven is heating, place baking sheet with butter into the oven to melt. 2 Combine baking mix, cheese, Old Bay, and pepper in a resealable plastic bag. Add chicken and shake to fully coat. 3 Lay chicken on the baking sheet in the butter and bake 30 minutes, flipping one time or until chicken is fully cooked.

To freeze, lay uncooked, coated chicken strips on a baking sheet in the freezer. Once frozen, put strips in a zip-top plastic freezer bag, and
freeze until ready to prepare. Bake frozen strips on a hot buttered jelly-roll pan (according to previous directions) at 425 degrees F for 35 minutes,
turning after 25 minutes.
