1 Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Coat a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray and set aside. 2 Mix the soda cracker crumbs, Parmesan cheese, basil, marjoram, paprika, salt (optional), and pepper in a food processor or blender and process to make fine crumbs. Place in a shallow bowl. 3 Cut each chicken breast into 4 strips. 4 Beat egg in a small shallow bowl. 5 Dip chicken strips first in the egg, then in the crumb mixture, turning to coat evenly. 6 In a small microwave-safe bowl, microwave the butter and garlic on High for 45 seconds or until melted. 7 Brush butter mixture onto chicken strips. 8 Place chicken on baking sheet and bake until no longer pink in the middle, about 15 minutes.
