1 cooking spray
14 oz Artichokes, hearts, with water, canned , rinsed and drained
1 cup mayonnaise
0.33 cup Cheese, parmesan, grated
1 medium garlic cloves , minced
0.12 tsp tabasco sauce
1 pinch paprika , optional


Directions
1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 1-quart baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
2 In a large bowl, combine the artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic, and hot pepper sauce.
3 Place in prepared baking dish. If desired, sprinkle with paprika.
4 Bake, uncovered, for 20-25 minutes or until top is lightly brown.
5 Serve warm with assorted crackers.
Additional Information
If desired, increase Parmesan cheese to 1/2 cup (nutritional information will be altered).
