1 Sauté bell peppers and onion in margarine over medium heat 10 to 15 minutes. 2 Whisk in flour, paprika, salt, and pepper and cook 3 to 5 minutes, mixing often. 3 Mix in tomato sauce, broth, and wine and bring to a boil. 4 Lower heat and simmer 5 to 7 minutes. 5 Mix in sour cream.
Additional Information
Use hot or sweet paprika in this sauce, depending on what your tastes are. Serve this over any kind of pasta or rice.
