1 Papaya, fresh (about 1lb)
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
0.25 tsp ground allspice
0.75 cup orange juice
2 tsp honey
1 cup low fat buttermilk
4 ice cubes
1 medium lemons , slices


Directions
1 In a blender or food processor, puree the papaya, lemon juice, 1/8 teaspoon of the allspice, and about half of the orange juice.
2 Add the honey, buttermilk, the remaining orange juice, and the ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
3 Pour the shake into glasses and sprinkle the top with some of the remaining allspice.
4 Garnish with a slice of lemon, if desired.
