Ingredients
0.25 cup SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, granulated (Splenda)
0.5 cup cold water
1 oz fresh ginger root , 2 inches, peeled
1 tbsp fresh lemon peel
1 cantaloupe
2 Papaya, fresh
1 tsp fresh mint , 4 sprigs


Directions
1 Boil the Splenda and the water in a saucepan.
2 Add the ginger and decrease the heat to simmer.
3 Cook for about 2 minutes, stir until the Splenda dissolves.
4 Remove the pan from the heat and dispose of the ginger.
5 Let sit to cool and add the lemon zest.
6 Use a melon baller to scoop out the main part of the fruits.
7 Mix with the syrup and mint and serve.
Additional Information
If you are using splenda in packets you will need about 18.
