1 , 2 tsp grated
0.33 cup Juice, tangerine
3 tbsp rice vinegar
0.5 oz fresh jalapeno chili peppers , rinsed, seeded, and minced
1 tbsp small shallots , minced
0.12 tsp black pepper
24 medium oysters , shucked on the half-shell


Directions
1 In small serving bowl, combine tangerine peel, tangerine juice, vinegar, jalapeno pepper, shallot, and pepper.
2 Place serving platter on a bed of crushed ice.
3 Place bowl of citrus chili sauce in center.
4 Arrange oysters on serving platter.
