Directions
1 Preheat oven to 350°F.
2 Lightly coat shallow baking dish with cooking spray. Set aside.
3 In small saucepan, melt margarine over low.
4 In shallow bowl, combine melted margarine and lemon juice.
5 In separate shallow, bowl combine bread crumbs, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix well.
6 Dip each piece of chicken first in margarine mixture and then in bread crumbs. Turn to coat evenly.
7 Place chicken in baking dish and drizzle with any remaining margarine.
8 Bake 30-40 minutes or until the internal temperature is 160°F and juices run clear.
