1 Preheat oven to 400°F. 2 Coat 13" x 9" x 2" baking dish with cooking spray. Evenly spread okra on bottom of baking dish. 3 Layer tomatoes and the rest of the ingredients over the okra. 4 Cover loosely with aluminum foil. 5 Bake for 1 hour, stirring occasionally, or until the okra is tender.
