Ingredients
4 tsp olive oil
4 medium potatoes , scrubbed
0.5 tsp salt
0.12 tsp black pepper , feshly ground
0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese (1 ounce)


Directions
1 Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
2 Line a 15x10x1-inch baking pan with heavy-duty foil, brush with 2 teaspoons of the oil and set aside.
3 Cut potatoes lengthwise into 1/2-inch-thick wedges.
4 Transfer to a large bowl.
5 Add remaining 2 teaspoons of oil, toss to coat.
6 Sprinkle potato wedges with salt and pepper, tossing to coat.
7 Arrange potato wedges in a single layer in prepared baking pan.
8 Bake for 12 minutes.
9 Carefully turn potato wedges and sprinkle with cheese.
10 Bake for 10 to 12 additional minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden.
11 Serve immediately.
