Ingredients
0.75 tsp salt
0.5 tsp sugar
0.5 tsp paprika
0.25 tsp dry mustard
0.25 tsp garlic powder
3 medium russet potato (8 to 10 ounces each)
1 cooking spray


Directions
1 Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
2 Mix salt, sugar, paprika, mustard, and garlic powder in a small bowl and set aside.
3 Scrub potatoes gently (do not peel).
4 Cut each potato lengthwise in half; cut each half lengthwise into 4 wedges.
5 Place potato wedges, skin sides down, in ungreased rectangular pan, 13x9x2 inches.
6 Spray potatoes with cooking spray until lightly coated.
7 Sprinkle with salt mixture.
8 Bake uncovered 25 to 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender when pierced with fork.
Additional Information
Oven-baked fries (without all the oil) are a great alternative to french fries.
