1 Cook the orzo (follow directions on package). 2 On medium-high heat, heat the oil in a skillet. 3 Add onions and sauté for 5 minutes. 4 Add the spinach and sauté for 4 minutes. 5 Mix together the onion and spinach mixture with the hot orzo. 6 Add feta cheese and ground pepper and toss together.
