Directions
1 Heat olive oil over medium-high heat in a large saucepan, then add mushrooms and onion and cook for 5 to 7 minutes or until onion is tender, stirring occasionally.
2 Stir in orzo, cook and stir 2 minutes more or until orzo is lightly browned.
3 Carefully stir in broth, marjoram, and pepper, and bring to a boil; reduce heat.
4 Cover and simmer for 12 minutes, then stir in broccoli and carrot; return to boiling.
5 Reduce heat; simmer, covered, for 3 minutes or until orzo is just tender.
6 Remove from heat, and let stand, covered, for 5 minutes.
