1 lb fresh green beans , trimmed
1 medium red bell peppers , cut into 1/4-inch strips
2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp sesame seeds , toasted (optional)
1 tsp sesame oil


Directions
1 Blanch the green beans in boiling water for about 2 minutes. Drain then rinse under cold water.
2 Transfer into a bowl. Add the bell peppers, soy sauce, sesame seeds (optional), and sesame oil. Toss to mix.
