Servings
Ingredients
1 lb Pork, chop/roast, center loin, raw , trimmed and ground (your butcher will do this for you)
2 medium garlic cloves , minced
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp low sodium soy sauce
0.25 cup rice vinegar
1 cup light soy milk
0.25 cup unsalted tomato paste
2 honey
1 tbsp tabasco sauce


Directions
1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2 Add garlic, ginger, soy sauce and pork together to form 2 inch meatballs.
3 Mix all sauce ingredients together in a separate bowl.
4 Put meatballs in a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.
5 Combine sauce and meatballs and bake for another 10 minutes.
