Ingredients
3 cup red cabbage, shredded
1 cup fresh chopped green onion , chopped
0.25 cup slivered almonds , toasted
1 Soup, ramen noodle, oriental flavor, dry, serving (3-ounce package Oriental ramen noodle soup with seasoning packet)
1 tbsp Oil, canola, with add vitamin A
0.25 cup red wine vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
1 pinch salt and pepper


Directions
1 Mix the cabbage, green onions, and almonds in a large bowl.
2 Coarsely break up the dry soup noodles, and then stir into cabbage mixture.
3 Use a small bowl and combine the oil, seasoning packet, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.
4 Pour over the salad, and toss.
5 Cover with a plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve cold.
Additional Information
Shredded red cabbage makes this a simple salad to prepare.
