1 In a vegetable steamer, place broccoli over boiling water and steam for 5-8 minutes until crisp-tender. 2 Drain vegetables and place in a covered bowl to keep warm. 3 In a small sauce pan add soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, ginger and mustard. 4 Mix ingredients together over medium heat until boiling. 5 Cover the broccoli with this mixture. 6 Finally, add tomatoes, water chestnuts and green onions and toss together
