Ingredients

Directions
1 Preheat broiler.
2 Whisk together soy sauce, sugar, and garlic.
3 Lay steak on a broiler pan and broil 8 minutes per side or until preferred degree of doneness.
4 Brush sauce overtop of steak while cooking.
5 When ready to serve, spoon remaining sauce over and top with sesame seeds.
6 Slice thinly.


Additional Information
Use lite soy sauce for less sodium and less salty flavor.
