Ingredients
1.5 lb fresh broccoli florets , coarsely chopped
3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp honey
0.5 tsp fresh ginger root , peeled, grated
0.25 tsp dry mustard
8 fresh cherry tomatoes , halved
0.5 cup sliced water chestnuts
2 fresh green onions , diagonally sliced


Directions
1 In a vegetable steamer, place broccoli over boiling water and steam for 5-8 minutes until crisp-tender.
2 Drain vegetables and place in a covered bowl to keep warm.
3 In a small sauce pan add soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, ginger and mustard.
4 Mix ingredients together over medium heat until boiling.
5 Cover the broccoli with this mixture.
6 Finally, add tomatoes, water chestnuts and green onions and toss together

A great, tangy broccoli dish to accompany any meal.
