Ingredients
8 oz orecchiette pasta
2 cup fresh broccoli florets
2 oz pimentos , drained and chopped
2 tbsp chopped parsley
3 tbsp chopped walnuts
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese , or Romano
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil


Directions
1 Cook pasta according to directions on package. Put the broccoli in a strainer and drain the pasta over the broccoli.
2 Mix together the pimientos, parsley, walnuts, cheese, and olive oil in a bowl. Stir in the pasta and broccoli. Toss to mix.
