Directions
1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2 Roll the bread dough into a 12x8-inch rectangle and spread with apricot preserves.
3 Sprinkle with cranberries.
4 Roll up, starting with the long side.
5 Pinch dough to seal.
6 Cut into 12 one inch slices.
7 Place in a sprayed muffin tin.
8 Lightly cover and let rise until doubled, about 50 to 60 minutes.
9 Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden.
10 Remove and place on rack.
11 Combine powdered sugar and orange peel with just enough of the orange juice to make a glaze.
12 Drizzle over warm rolls.
