Ingredients
0.33 cup canola oil , plus additional oil for greasing pan
1 cup Molasses, dark
1.25 cup orange juice
1 tbsp grated orange peel
2.5 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp ground ginger
0.5 tsp salt
0.5 cup seedless raisins


Directions
1 Preheat oven to 350 degree F.
2 Mix together wet ingredients in a large bowl.
3 Using a medium bowl, sift together dry ingredients.
4 Add raisins.
5 Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix well.
6 Pour into a greased 9-by-13-inch pan and bake 40 minutes. Be sure not to overbake. Gingerbread will be moist.
