Ingredients
0.33 cup orange juice
3 tbsp rice vinegar
3 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp fresh ginger root , minced
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 lb chicken thighs , boneless, skinless
1 pinch fresh cilantro (for garnish)
1 cup medium oranges , sliced (for garnish)
4 tbsp canola oil , to coat grill


Directions
1 Note: This recipe requires 1-3 hours marination.
2 In small mixing bowl, whisk together orange juice, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
3 Place chicken in resealable plastic bag, add marinade mixture to bag. Seal tightly and refrigerate for 1-3 hours.
4 Turn bag occasionally to evenly coat chicken.
5 Preheat grill to medium-high. Coat grill rack with oil to prevent sticking.
6 Remove chicken from bag and place on grill. Close lid.
7 Cook 4 minutes per side or until juices run clear when pierced with fork.
8 Top with orange slices and cilantro. Serve.
Additional Information
Marinade is also great for beef, duck, or shrimp.
