Directions
1 In a small bowl combine cereal nuggets, sugar, and 2 teaspoons margarine until mixture resembles coarse meal. Set aside.
2 Combine egg whites, applesauce,and 3 tablespoons of melted margarine in a large bowl, stirring with a wire whisk.
3 Gently stir in oranges.
4 Combine flour, orange juice, sugar & baking powder in a medium bowl.
5 Add flour mixture to applesauce mixture, stirring until moistened.
6 Pour batter into an 8-inch round cakepan coated with cooking spray.
7 Sprinkle with cereal mixture.
8 Bake at 350 degrees for 37 minutes.
9 Let cool in pan on wire rack for 10 minutes.
10 Cut into wedges.
11 Serve warm or at room temperature.

You can use Grapenuts breakfast cereal to make the crunchy topping.
