Directions

1 SPRINKLE each patty with celery salt on both sides. Cook patties in oven or microwave according to package directions. Keep warm.
2 COMBINE marmalade and cayenne pepper sauce until blended.
3 To serve: PLACE a lettuce leaf on center of plate, top with chicken patty, 2 tablespoons orange-cayenne sauce. Next to patty, place 1 tablespoon of blue cheese dressing and 1/4 cup sliced celery. Serve immediately.
