Ingredients
4 boneless pork chops , 3/4-inch thick
0.33 cup Marmalade, orange
2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
0.25 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp vegetable oil


Directions
1 In small microwavable container, blend marmalade, soy sauce, rice vinegar and sesame oil, and heat for 30 to 45 seconds on HIGH until smooth; set aside.
2 Heat vegetable oil in 12-inch non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
3 Add pork chops, and brown on both sides.
4 Turn heat to low, pour orange-sesame sauce over chops, cover and simmer 6 to 8 minutes.
